Church of God is a member of one of the oldest Pentecostal denominations
in the world. What began as a group of 8 sincere Christians meeting at Barney
Creek Meeting House on the Tennessee, North Carolina border in 1886 now has
a world-wide membership of over 7 million with a presence in 160 countries. We want our Church to make a difference in the lives of its members, its community, and its world; you can tell by our vision statement that it will take a bunch of prayer and lots of hard work to accomplish such a task. But with the help of the Lord Jesus Christ and a few willing people our community can be won to the Lord.
